Stay Hydrated: In this southern summer heat, the most stylish thing you can do is stay hydrated. Bottled water is always optimal when you are on the go with your busy workout and life schedule.
Add Some Color to Your Workout Routine: Grey and black are slimming for sure but nothing wrong with a little color to keep you cheery. Try adding your sorority or HBCU color for that inspiration you need to push through that next push up.
The More the Merrier: What better way to stay stylish while working out than to have your friends keep you accountable. You can mix and match your styles as a fun way to keep your fitness routine not so routine.
Treat Yourself: After a long workout or reaching a major fitness goal, treat yourself to a celebration (moderation of course) or a stylish new workout look (one that can double as casual wear is even better) Nothing better than shopping as a reward for staying fit!
