How to Host an Easter Brunch Outdoors

Easter is almost there and it is time to get those tables ready for Easter brunch. Spring weather is finally here and if you want to celebrate Easter in a unique way, try an outdoor brunch. Linen is a Must: I am all about mixing textures and colors in your linen design for an outdoor Easter brunch. Mixing a bold yellow or pastel napkin with a soft blue or natural table linen is a great way to add dimension for any outdoor brunch.

Use Drinkware as a Centerpiece: Don’t be afraid to use unique items to anchor your table. Colorful vintage glasses placed on your favorite wood or wicker dish is a perfect place to display a signature drink.

Candles Are Necessary: One guest that will come to your party whether you want them or not are bugs, especially in the South. Use a neutral candle to deter them from intruding your party. The candles also add ambiance to any table and be sure to place them in a lantern to keep your flame and guests safe from the flame.

Lemons Into Lemonade: Lemons are a great addition to an outdoor brunch table as a natural yet colorful centerpiece edition. I used a few of these to add contrast of color to the natural and neutral tones.

Comfy Seating: Above all else you want your guests to be comfortable. Wicker chairs, outdoor pillows, and cushions are a perfect combination of comfort to encourage your guests to stay long into the evening.
