Fall Dinner Party Special: Candied Pecans Recipe from Hamby Catering

Fall is coming and so is the next social season of tailgates, dinner parties and holiday gatherings. Whether you are a master chef or a novice, we have a menu that will be sure to impress your ex or your new mother in law. Check out one of our favorit items from Hamby Catering. If are you are like me and don’t have time, you can also stop by their market and get it premade. If you put it in a fany dish and know the recipe, you can just pretend like you made it 🙂

Candied Pecans

Beat until frothy (with fork)

–          1 tsp water

–          1 egg white

Mix well with

–          1 pound of pecan halves

Combine & mix with nuts

–          1 cup sugar

–          1 tsp cinnamon

–          Half to three quarters tsp salt

Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
