“We got married on a beautiful (and slightly humid) September day last year in middle Georgia. Leonard, my husband is from Philadelphia, so it was a hoot seeing his family enjoy the Georgia weather and scenery. I really didn’t want a “theme” for our day, just a sweet, Southern, traditional wedding with all the feels. My grandmother gave me a piece of her wedding gown (my grandparents have been married for 60 years) that I used as a wrap for my wedding bouquet. It was the most special moment between us, because my grandmother is my favorite person.
