The Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse will return for the 17th year this holiday season with a picturesque 7,500-square-foot residence
in Historic Brookhaven.
2025 HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE RETURNS IN NOVEMBER;
LOCATED IN HISTORIC BROOKHAVEN

Hosted by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and presented by Livingston Fine Homes, the showcase
benefiting The Atlanta History Center will display rooms designed by Atlanta’s premier interior
designers inside a contemporary home designed by architect Linda MacArthur in partnership
with builder Livingston Fine Homes, Valerie Garrett Interiors, landscape architect
LandPlus Associates, and cabinetry by Morgan Creek Cabinetry, Dove Studio, and R.
Raffine Studio through MRitalia.
Perched atop a hill in Historic Brookhaven, the newly constructed residence features 5
bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Inside, 15 interior designers will transform the spaces, complete
with holiday decor.
Open to the public for 15 days, tours of the Showhouse will be accompanied by festive events and
interactive demonstrations.
The 2025 Showhouse blends crisp, contemporary lines with details inspired by the Art Nouveau
movement. Expansive windows—including a striking two-story glass wall—flood the interiors
with natural light while framing views of the surrounding neighborhood and nearby park.
Not-to-be-missed highlights include the home’s beautifully manicured gardens, pool, outdoor
fireplace, and terrace-level amenities including a private wellness retreat, theater, and wine bar.
The custom residence offers five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, plus an additional powder room
for guests. With striking modern curb appeal, timeless architectural details, and top-of-the-line
finishes throughout, this home embodies the pinnacle of luxury living.
