What do you love about southern decor? I love that southern decor is elegant and refined but can also be relaxed and comfortable just like the southern lifestyle.
What is your favorite room to decorate and why? Bedrooms are my favorite space to decorate because I love working with textiles to create beautiful bedding ensembles and pillow groupings.
What home decor item is a must have to you? Wow, that’s a hard question. I would have to say that a decorative tray is a ‘must have’ accessory in my book. They can be used for so many purposes and work in just about every room in the home.
If you could only shop in one store for your home which would it be and why? I love to shop and frequent quite a few stores but if I had to pick just one store, I would have to say Target. They have really improved their home décor product offering over the last few years and have a great selection of stylish and affordable pieces.
Do you have a favorite fabric pattern or color? I love decorating with grey because they mix so well with both warm and cool colors and work with a multitude of finishes.
What is your favorite southern dish? Hands down my favorite southern dish is peach cobbler and the best I’ve found in Atlanta is at Gladys Knight’s restaurant.
What are some of your favorite southern decor brands and why? There are so many amazing southern based home décor stores here in Atlanta and my favorites are Boxwoods Home and Garden, Peridot and Erika Reade.

What is your favorite room in your home? My bedroom is my favorite space. I recently restyled it and it’s the perfect blend of traditional meets glam.
What is your favorite DIY project? I’ve really just begun to get into creating DIY projects but I would have to say the stenciled shower curtain I created for my guest bath is a fave. I used a stencil from Royal Design Studio and it was really easy to get a custom look for the bathroom.
Describe your decor style in one sentence? Eclectic Glam with a traditional twist
